The Takeda 3 Layer Kiritsuke 255mm is a handcrafted Japanese chef’s knife forged by Shosui Takeda, one of Japan’s most respected master blacksmiths. Based in Niimi, Okayama, Takeda is a third-generation blacksmith celebrated for producing exceptionally thin, high-performance blades using traditional forging techniques.
