The Kiritsuke Deba is a popular style from our White 2 Steel Tokujo series. It’s a Deba with a slightly reduced blade height and a slightly flatter profile, making for a sleek, elongated look. Full Deba functionality is retained, the geometry is sturdy, and the edge profile is versatile.
These come with ebony handles, mirror finishing and Saya. Forged by the Togashi workshop.

MAINTENANCE: PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE VERY HIGH-CARBON KNIVES WITH AN EDGE
THAT WILL OXIDISE WHICH CAN BE REDUCED AND REMOVED WITH THE USE OF RUSTREMOVING CREAM AND CAMELIA OIL WHICH ARE AVAILABLE IN OUR MAINTENANCE SECTION.
