This beautiful Knife series is crafted using some of the best materials for both aesthetics and durability. The core of the blade is composed of V gold No. 10 steel, characterized by its incredible rust-resistance and sharpness that lasts even after consistent use. It is also easy to sharpen and clean making it the perfect choice for both beginners and experienced chefs. The outer layers of the blade are made up of both high and low carbon steel in 63 layers that have been forged together allowing beautiful Damascus ripples to emerge along the blade. The handle of these knives is made cherry wood, distinguished by its clear wood grain and warm colors. The ‘Katsura’ or ferrule which sits at the top of the handle is made of resin ensuring the blade is secure within the handle and preventing any warping. This protects the blade from falling loose from the handle and developing cracks and rust.

- These knives are quite easy to sharpen on an M150 Water Wheel, fine diamond steel, and up to 4000 or below
