The JKC BBQ Konro Medium is a high-performance Japanese-style charcoal grill designed to bring authentic konro cooking to both professional kitchens and serious home cooks. Inspired by traditional Japanese hibachi grills, it delivers exceptional heat control, efficiency, and flavour, making it ideal for grilling meat, fish, vegetables, and skewers, as well as finishing sous-vide dishes with precision.
More than a conventional charcoal grill, the Konro Medium features a natural clay body that offers outstanding insulation and heat retention. This unique construction reflects heat back towards the food, allowing charcoal to burn longer and more efficiently, reducing the need for frequent refuelling. The design enables the grill to reach intense searing temperatures of up to 350°C, locking in natural flavours without introducing unwanted smoke or aromas.
The medium-wide format provides generous cooking space while maintaining the focused heat control that konro grills are known for. The brushed stainless steel outer frame ensures durability, stability, and a refined professional finish. Supplied as standard with a cooking grid, the grill is ready to use straight out of the box.
