The JKC Solid Plancha is a premium flat griddle plate designed to significantly expand the versatility of your Kasai Konro grill. Ideal for high-temperature Japanese-style cooking, it allows you to prepare foods that are not suited to traditional grill grates, including pancakes, fried eggs, bacon, hot dogs, salmon, prawns, vegetables, sandwiches and panini.
Manufactured in Britain from 3mm thick, 304-grade stainless steel, the Solid Plancha delivers excellent heat retention, even heat distribution and long-lasting durability. Its smooth cooking surface is perfectly suited to searing meats and seafood with a flavour-rich crust, sautéing vegetables, or cooking classic breakfast dishes such as eggs and bacon — all on one surface.
The plancha is designed to fit seamlessly onto Kasai Konro grills and withstand intense cooking temperatures ranging from 107°C to 350°C. Integrated stainless steel handles allow for safe and easy lifting during service, while the dishwasher-safe construction ensures quick and convenient cleaning after use.
Two sizes are available to match your grill:
-
Solid Plancha S for the Kasai Little Konro Grill (2–4 people)
-
Solid Plancha M for the Kasai Medium Wide Konro Grill (4–8 people)
Built for both professional kitchens and serious home cooks, the JKC Solid Plancha delivers authentic, high-temperature “steakhouse-style” results with the precision and control Kasai grills are known for.
