To use, simply line the tray with a sheet of plastic wrap, add the meat mixture, place the lid on top, and shake approximately 30 times (around 10 seconds). This process removes excess air and binds the mixture firmly, ensuring the patty holds its shape during cooking.
Once shaken, the included press plate is used to form a smooth oval shape. Because the patty is wrapped and pressed, it can be stored temporarily as it is, making it convenient for preparation in advance and refrigerator storage. The set allows you to form two patty sizes—regular and mini—making it suitable for both main meals and lunch boxes.
