Food slicer arcus³ is driven by a 65 W eco motor, at 20 % reduced power consumption but 50 %increased engine efficiency compared to the previous model. The inclined housing is advantageous when cutting thin and large slices. The food slicer is equipped with a special serrated circular blade, a switch for intermittent and continuous operation, a food tray, and a cable compartment. A smooth ham- and sausage circular blade is available for every ritter food slicer.

All parts that ensure stability are made of metal, making the device very sturdy and precise.
Safety switch for intermittent and continuous operation – Two operating modes are available. For short operation, the switch is pressed to position “II”. The circular blade runs as long as the switch remains pressed in this position. For continuous operation, the switch is pressed to the “I” position. The circular blade runs in this operating mode without the switch being held down until the switch is returned to the “0” position.
Circular blade – The serrated circular blade, made from stainless steel, ensures the perfect “slice”. It is well suited for all kinds of slicing. Both hard and soft food may be cut into appetizing slices.
Slice thickness continuously adjustable – Stepless adjustment of the slice thickness is possible from wafer-thin up to approx. 20 mm. Thanks to the infinitely variable slicing thickness adjustment, the food can be cut into appetizing slices.
Detachable carriage – The carriage of the arcus3 food slicer can be easily removed for oversized products or for cleaning.
Circular blade lock – The circular blade can be easily removed for cleaning by means of a coin-operated closure.
Food tray – The food tray to catch the sliced food is placed underneath the circular blade so that the slices can fall directly onto it. The sliced product can be conveniently and directly served using the practical food tray made of high-quality, easy-to-clean plastic.
Powerful eco motor – The power is here! The food slicer arcus3 is driven by a 65 W eco motor which is 20 % more economical and just the same 50 % more powerful than the previous model. The use of this energy-saving motor makes a positive contribution to environmental protection.
