AUX Steam Cooker

The AUX Steam Cooker combines steaming and grilling in one innovative design, delivering healthier, flavour-rich results in significantly less time. By enveloping food in high-temperature steam while grilling, it locks in moisture and creates a beautifully tender interior with a perfectly grilled finish—ideal for fish, meat, and vegetables.

Simply add water to the integrated water pocket and heat the cooker. The steam circulates at high temperature, improving heat efficiency and shortening cooking time while preventing food from drying out. This hybrid cooking method keeps fish plump and juicy, avoiding the toughness often caused by conventional grilling.

The extra-thick cooking plate (approximately 1.1 cm) provides excellent heat retention for even cooking. Its surface is coated with a special fluororesin containing charcoal and diamond particles, delivering a far-infrared effect that enhances flavour while offering outstanding resistance to burning and scratching. Excess fat is drained away by the wavy plate design, supporting healthier cooking.

A stainless steel lid with a tempered glass window allows you to monitor cooking without lifting the lid. The lid can be placed upright on either side, maximising workspace and convenience. High-temperature steam also helps reduce smoke and cooking odours, making it comfortable to use indoors.

Designed for ease of cleaning, the plate grooves are sponge-friendly, and the rounded water pocket prevents residue build-up. A dedicated measuring jug is included to ensure the correct water amount (60 ml) every time. With its understated, modern design, the AUX Steam Cooker fits seamlessly into any kitchen.
