With a ceramic blade crafted from Zirconium dioxide this fast-cutting knife is capable of holding a fine edge for up to six months with regular use in an industrial kitchen. These ranges of knives are developed by the largest supplier of ceramic knives, Kyocera. The handle is manufactured using black pakkawood – layers of hard wood bonded by resin – creating a waterproof coating as well as prolonging durability. They can be sharpened using a diamond stone or a diamond sharpening wheel.

We post by UPS/DHL/FedEx/Royalmail to UK addresses for the next-day delivery. However, it can take up to 2-3 working days sometimes.
