Suisin Special Inox
The Special Inox range are entry-level professional series knives designed for chefs across the globe who favour Western-style handles, with great sharpness and edge retention – which its European counterparts lack. They can be used in any establishments in any part of the world as the handles are high-grade engineering plastic.
These Special Inox knives are a serious step-up in quality for the Suisin Inox brand. The steel used is AUS-10, which is harder than standard stainless steel and produces a sharper knife that holds its edge longer. It also provides higher rust resistance.
The handle is made of POM (polyoxymethylene), a high-grade engineering plastic, which is completely water-resistant, won’t inhibit any bacteria and even acid-proof. The handle is triple-riveted on the knife’s full tang. The full tang ends in a metal butt that creates a very comfortable and well-balanced feel. All of these elements culminate in an attractive, very durable, and professional quality blade that is truly “special”.
