The triangle cheese slicer, plum wood is ideal for soft cheese, cream cheese and pies. It is a real eye-catcher at the table or at the buffet on any cheese platter with its sliding wooden insert made of FSC-certified German plum wood. To adjust the wire tension, the wooden insert can be moved as desired.
