The parmesan knife Soul is ideal for breaking up parmesan and other long-ripened hard cheeses. The Parmesan knife is available in two versions: with a straight or pointed blade. Both have a particularly stable blade and are a real eye-catcher on every cheese board.
The handles made of FSC-certified German ash are turned in the Sauerland, then finely finished in Solingen, oiled and assembled with functional stainless steel parts by hand. The product is manufactured with green electricity.
