Due to the nature of the material and manufacturing process, there may be some intrusion on the surface of the tableware, shades of color, and areas where the glaze is not applied.

Please understand that we cannot accept “returns or exchanges due to our inadequacy” for these reasons, as the above items have been inspected by the manufacturer.

Please take care and use while paying attention to the following points.

• Color paintings, gold, and silver may lose their color if washed strongly.
  We recommend that you do not use abrasives, use kitchen detergent, and wash with a soft sponge.
  Also, please note that the handle may come off when you use the dishwasher.

• Do not use it on an open flame or in an oven. It may crack and is very dangerous.

• Even if the vessel is in good condition, it will come with tea astringency and lye if it has been used for a long time.
  Except for color paintings, gold and silver, use porcelain to remove stains with kitchen bleach, and
  rinse thoroughly with hot water to restore the original cleanliness.
