Crafted from 1.6mm thick mill scale steel, “JIU” excels in cooking, delivering juicy meat, crunchy vegetables, and perfectly crispy yet chewy bread. The wide rim not only enhances its look but also plays a crucial role in its structure and functionality.

Innovatively designed handles (patent pending) attach easily to the wide rim, allowing for simple attachment and detachment from any direction. Made from a single piece of solid wood in Tendo-City, Yamagata, Japan, the handle remains out of the way and does not contact food during cooking. Each “JIU” pan is handcrafted by experienced Japanese craftsmen using a metal spin forming process and an original hardening and tempering process, involving quenching at over 700 degrees, making the pan rust-resistant and stick-resistant. Ready for use immediately, “JIU” is compatible with all stovetops, including induction. Cleaning requires only hot water and a scrubbing brush—no dishwashing detergent needed.
