The Octagonal Ho-wood with Clear Oak Tree wood Handle, meticulously crafted by traditional artisans, pays homage to classic style, perfectly complementing the modern AUS10 core steel, designed for enduring performance during extended place. The Japanese WA handle, oval-shaped in Oak, offers a comfortable grip for both left and right-handed users. Unique hammer dents on the blade’s upper part not only add beauty but also improve food release.
Each knife possesses a one-of-a-kind 69-layered Damascus pattern, like a fingerprint, impossible to replicate. The entire blade is polished to a reflective mirror finish, and with a hardness of 60±1 HRC, these knives feature a double beveled edge and Half Tang construction, making them a true culinary masterpiece

SANTOKU (San – 3 & Toku – benefit):
This is the classic Japanese chef’s knife. It is flat from the handle end for about ½ way to the tip and then gently curves to a point. It is ideal for straight vertical chopping, horizontal slicing and roll cutting.
Function – Multi-purpose chef knife. For Slicing, Dicing and Mincing of vegetables, meat and fish.
Normal length – 165mm to 180mm (smaller 140mm are available in a few collections)
Tip: The 170mm/180mm is the most popular multipurpose knife.
