The Kizuna Series from Kyocera is their premium line and the ceramic blade is made at temperatures up to 1500˚C and at pressure up to 2000 bar. This means that the blades and extremely sharp and stay that way for longer. The blade is then finished with a traditional sand-wave pattern. The handle is made from an ergonomically shaped Pakkawood handle and feature stainless steel rivets and details.
