This compact Entry Level collection of the 3 most important knives in any kitchen is Stamp Forged from a 3 layer of Stainless Steel. A hard High Carbon AUS 8 core is clad with soft SUS 405 to achieve a high level of edge endurance whilst being consummately easy to resharpen.

The shape is basically a small Sujihiki or slicing knife. As the name suggests it is a multi-function knife used for the preparation of vegetables and precise cutting of meat and fish.
