Serrated edged knives can only be sharpened on one side reducing the depth of serration. Please check the number of knives collected as mistakes CANNOT be rectified afterwards. Sharpening is charged by inch of edge - rounded up to the nearest inch. Items left uncollected for 28 days after completion will be disposed with no responsibility. JKC only accepts responsibility to replace on a 'like for like' basis NOT 'new for old' of items lost or damaged whilst in our care. Broken tips, repairing chips, thinning blades and other services are on POA basis. Single bevel knives are sharpened with a Koba UNLESS instructed otherwise. Deliver / pick up time is only an estimation. During busy periods we reserve the right to change the time.Submit
