JKC is collaborating with Tokyo College of Sushi & Washoku London to bring you authentic and exclusive one-day Japanese Cookery classes - a fantastic opportunity to learn from acclaimed chefs from top Japanese restaurants in Ginza, Tokyo, or Kyoto.
In September 2024 , Tokyo College of Sushi & Washoku opened in London as the UK's first cookery college dedicated to authentic Japanese cooking techniques. As a satellite of their Tokyo headquarters, the college offers in-depth courses for culinary enthusiasts and aspiring chefs.
