Suisin Special Inox

The Special Inox range are entry level professional series knives designed for chefs across the globe who favour Western style handles, with great sharpness and edge retention - which its European counterparts lack. They can be used in any establishments in any part of the world as the handles are a high grade engineering plastic.

These Special Inox knives are a serious step-up in quality for the Suisin Inox brand. The steel used is AUS-10, which is harder than standard stainless steel and produces a sharper knife that holds its edge longer. It also provides higher rust resistance. 

The handle is made of POM (polyoxymethylene), a high-grade engineering plastic, which is completely water resistant, wont inhibit any bacteria and even acid proof. The handle is triple riveted on the knife's full tang. The full tang ends in a metal butt that creates a very comfortable and well balanced feel. All of these elements culminate in an attractive, very durable, and professional quality blade that is truly "special".

Blade: Inox AUS-10 stain-resistant steel, HRC 60-62
Bolster: Stain-resitant steel
Handle: POM (Polyoxymethylene), triple riveted onto full tang and stain-resistant steel but/end.
